Psychotherapeutic services to public services in the UK - the National Health Service (NHS)

This service was developed earlier in my training with a contract agreed in 2014. Services were offered to an NHS staff psychotherapeutic service in partnership with an Occupational Health Department and through a programme of training developed by the Medical Director at same NHS trust.

This aspect of my professional practise had enhanced my ability to work at organisational dynamics  - the NHS being considered as client number one  - with NHS staff being considered client number two; such a mediation and negotiation between different services and departments alongside a strong consideration towards the NHS work force  has been a rewarding opportunity with knowledge and experience gained through such partnership evolving and extending my agility to simultaneously work in various clinical settings, with different client groups presenting with a variety of mental health conditions and work related stress.
